Sweet potatoes with prawns, spicy mayonnaise and coriander

The second recipe of our 'Family Cooking with Amercook' campaign has arrived. Today we propose this slightly more elaborate dish but it is still very simple and quick to make. In addition, it will make the mouth water of both children and adults. What are you waiting for to get down to business?

  1. We can soften potatoes putting them Microwave for two 5 minute batches.
  2. We remove the pulp leaving the skin and reserve the interior. 
  3. We mix the pulp with chopped coriander.
  4. Sauté the prawns with garlic in a pan.
  5. Mix the prawns and the pulp and fill the potatoes empty.
  6. Finally, we prepare a sauce by mixing 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise with 1 teaspoon of Japanese sauce hot spicy. Clever!
