An extremely easy way to prepare the bechamel sauce

When we want to prepare any dish such as croquettes, pasta or lasagna, we think about the delicious flavor that the well-known dish brings bechamel... and our mouths are watering!

But we also realize the work involved in preparing it, which can make us a bit lazy when it comes to getting down to business. With this magnificent trick from Pablo we are going to be able to give a twist to the traditional recipe and make a super fast version without the need to continually stir.

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 100gr butter
  • 100gr flour
  • 1 liter of whole milk
  • salt, 1 c / s
  • nutmeg, 1 tsp

Steps:
For this recipe the first thing we will do is:

  • We place the butter in a saucepan and put it on a low heat.
  • Once the butter is melted we add the flour and stir continuously until the flour browns.
  • All that remains is to add the milk that we have previously boiled in a saucepan with salt and nutmeg.
  • We incorporate the milk at once and making sure it is boiling. We stir continuously until it thickens, which you will see is almost instantaneous.
