For the first recipe of our 'Family Cooking' campaign, we wanted to propose an easy, healthy dish that kids love to prepare: delicious caprese-style quesadillas. A combination of very cheap ingredients that will transport you to the islands of Italy.
These are the steps:
We start by cutting the tomato into slices.
We break the basil leaves with our hands (the blade oxidizes the leaf)
Heat the tortilla in the pan and on both sides until golden brown
Place the mozzarella, tomato and basil in the center
We double thequesadillain half and leave it in the pan until the cheese melts. Ready!
