Sweetest Summer: Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

What fruit celebrates the arrival of heat and good weather better than strawberries? You are delicious cheesecake stuffed strawberries Designed by the chef of Canal Cocina, Elena Aymerich, they are light and above all, full of all the flavor of cheesecake. And the best of all is that to prepare this dessert it is not necessary to stain almost anything or turn on the oven. Certainly one of our favorite recipes!

Ingredients:

  • 16 strawberries
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 50 g heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 spoonful of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of matcha tea

 

Preparation:

Cut the leaves from the strawberries, and the base for them to stand stably. Cut the upper part and empty the inside with the help of a ball punch.

Mix the cream cheese with the heavy cream, lemon juice and vanill essenceto. Pour this mixture into a pastry bag with a curly nozzle and fill the strawberries with this preparation.

Refrigerate until serving time.

Sprinkle some strawberries with cocoa powder, others with matcha tea and leave a few natural.
