Ingredients:
💠 400 ml of crushed tomato
💠 ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
💠 ½ teaspoon sugar
💠 ½ teaspoon white pepper
💠 ½ teaspoon salt
💠 70 g of mozzarella pearls
💠 50 g of grated Parmesan
💠 50 g pine nuts
💠 20 g fresh basil
💠 100 ml olive oil
💠 ½ teaspoon salt
Crafting:
Tip: consume immediately or keep the slush in the freezer until serving time. For a more intense flavor, toast the pine nuts in a pan before making the pesto.
