What are Fried eggs o casserole eggs?

It is a cooking technique in which we can prepare various egg recipes: the technique consists of placing the eggs on a plate in which they have been applied heat through steam or using the oven until the dish reaches the necessary temperature to cook them.

 



EGGS RECIPE ON THE PLATE

- Ingredients:

  • Fried tomato
  • Iberian chorizo
  • 1 green asparagus, sliced
  • eggs to taste
  • EVOO, salt and paprika

- Preparation:

Preparing this recipe in this way will save time, not only when cooking but also when scrubbing since we will use the same container, both for cooking and eating.


We place at the base of the Amercoo casserolek a finger of fried tomato. Add to the tomato, Iberian chorizo ​​cut into thin slices.

We continue adding 1 asparagus green cut into thin slices and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 7 min.


Finally we incorporate the egg. Cook for 3 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven, keeping that tender yolk for dipping.

We season with a little extra virgin oil, salt, and paprika and so we have this finger-licking dish.
