👨🍳 This salmon tartare with avocado and mango devised by the Head amercook Pablo Gonzalez It will make you fall in love with fish again thanks to its incredible combination: salty, sweet, bitter, acid and some spicy come together to create an explosion of flavors in your mouth:
Diners: 1-2 people
Ingredients: (Add Pablo's extra ingredient suggestions to elevate your plate even more!)
🔸200 grams of salmon cut into squares. Remember to freeze it for at least 5 days to avoid disappointment.
🔸1 avocado
🔸half mango
🔸1 teaspoon ground ginger
🔸1 tablespoon old or Dijon mustard
🔸soya sauce and apple cider vinegar.
🔸pepper

- Step 1
Marinate the salmon for at least half an hour in a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar and ginger. Then mix the salmon, avocado, mango and our optional ingredients: fresh cheese, onion and capers.
Add salt, soy sauce oil and a touch of wasabi if you are a fan of spicy. We stir and mix well.
Then, if you want an extra flavor, sauté garlic and artichokes. Add a little mustard (you can also add a little mayonnaise to make the cake more creamy.
When presenting the dish you can place it in a round mold as it will perfectly maintain its shape thanks to its texture. To lick your fingers!
