Su red lentil curry with rice and currants sure that will not leave anyone indifferent. You will only need for 4 people:
  • 1 / 2 cebolla
  • 100g sweet potato
  • 150g pumpkin
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 250ml vegetable broth
  • 85g red lentils
  • 1 teaspoon of curry, a pinch of ginger and black pepper.
  • 80g of rice
  • Currants
  • Dill or mint or spearmint
