In today's recipe we bring you a Caribbean dish with which to combat this heat, specifically a delicious avocado féroce with radishes. What is a féroce? It is a specialty of the Antilles islands whose preparation is similar to guacamole. It is called "féroce" because of the touch that the chili gives it. You decide the degree of spiciness!

Cook the desalted cod in water. With bring to a boil, turn off the heat and drain. Pour the chopped onion, garlic, chili and oil into a robot knife and chop. Smash the avocados with a fork and add them to the previous mixture as well as the lemon juice and cassava flour. Add the crumbled cod and mix. Serve with the toast and fresh radishes.
