We all like pasta! Truth? Today we are going to take a look at the typical American dish of macaroni and cheese adding a special ingredient: seafood. It will give the dish more depth and flavor and will leave you wanting to repeat.

These are the steps to follow:
STEPS:
  • In a frying pan with a little olive oil we are going to incorporate the Prawns which we cook for a couple of minutes. We booked.
  • In a pot we are going to prepare a creamy béchamel cream: to do this, place the butter over medium heat and, when it melts, add the flour and add the milk.
  • Once the bechamel is done, add a pinch of salt and a little pepper and grated cheese and mix until everything is completely incorporated.
  • Finally we add the macaroni, the prawns that we had reserved and we stir everything very well. Remove from the heat and we have our delicious macaroni ready.
