Vegetable Quiche in Baked Casserole

Ingredients:
- 400 g frozen spinach
- 150 grated Parmesan style cheese
- puff pastry or shortcrust pastry
- half a liter of milk
- 2 eggs
- onion, zucchini, pepper to taste

- Step 1:
